The leadership, products, innovation, and people are all a disaster - and even the brand itself has lost its luster. This is not a company that fell into a slump and is waiting to wake up and take its rightful place again. This is a company on its deathbed. The sooner people accept this, it will be easier to leave this shipwreck behind.

It's wounded for sure but there's right moves that can be made, starting with JD.
