Whether you believe it or not the fact is cheap labor from contracting is costing us. Do not want to take name of that company here, but all know whom I am referring to

Long gone are the days Nike pays three figures for their contractors. Or cares about quality.
Cognizant is cheap and we’re still twisting their arms to find a lower bottom line, even if it means grabbing the boss’ 3rd nephew and faking a resume.
Not all contractors are created equal. Before I joined Nike I was did contract work for $300-500/hr rate and every single company I worked for wanted me to stay longer
Poor/nonexistent leadership and a lack of curiosity is what is costing – and will continue to cost – us. It's been almost three months and leadership still has no idea what is happening, what is going to happen, or how to plan effectively. But sure, let's blame it on the contractors who are being fu---d both ways already.
Its Karens like you who are costing us.
Keep thinking that you are the best worker in the world and everyone else is sh-t and works for peanuts, and nike is a charity which finds the forest tribe in Amazon rainforests and hires them for working and pays them in fish.
Gspann
Cognizant
Just name the company. They deserved to be named.
RAT hired a boatload of contractors and got kickbacks for it. There were even ghost roles that only existed on payroll.
It’s all one and the same issue
Yesterday it was RAT's fault, today the contracting company's fault, tomorrow it will be AI's fault.
I would blame the company benefiting from the contracting, not the contractors themselves.
@okx. That’s exactly what I thought! 😂
Nice vaugebook.
No we do not know whom you are dog whistling about.
