Yes I have 4 weeks. However I feel like I've had 4 weeks for a while. But I didn't always get long term cash... 3 or 4 weeks wouldn't make a difference to me these days.
Wouldn't this mean that your vacation days are also up? Grade 13 is 3 weeks, 14+ is 4 weeks as far as I know.

Was hoping for at least 5% because I heard that’s what other banks were doing but only got the measly 3.5 and 140
Well I found out in not a grade 13 ( or even 14), it says grade 15 in fact. For some reason I've had it in my head forever that I'm a grade 13, maybe it's because my raises are always 2ish pretty percent or less

Do you mean you’re a grade 14? Grade 13 does not get long term incentive
Friendly neighborhood sh-t stir-er here to remind you all that inflation is around 6% yoy. Anything less than that means you're making less than a year ago. Enjoy your holiday weekend!
- 4% merit, 33% over bonus target
Damn I only got 104% of target and my boss told me that was good…
- 5% raise.... oh nevermind this thread is for US Bank... I actually work for a bank that actually gives raises haha
Damn seems like I'm on low end of the raises. I got 2.5 prct with bonus 114 prct of target. I also got ltc of 5k. Im a grade 13.
- 5 and 120% of target. I did have raise and a grade bump in July 2021 so this impacted the merit increase.
4% and 108%
13 and 150
- 5 and 6.8% over bonus target.
