@ljf. It’s an easy fix. If you lay off American workers and hire overseas, you can no longer do business in the US. Period.
Will they do it? No because they rely too much on corporate cash for the campaign coffers. Unless you get dark money out of politics, that won’t change. These folks don’t want you to know who they support with that money to see the light of day.

What exactly do you expect Congress to do to prevent companies from laying people off? When I was growing up, people used to say that was communist thinking, the State telling businesses what to do, what gives?

Looks like Julian just doesn't want to pay up. Hope shareholders aren't footing his legal defense bill. These guys have screwed shareholders endlessly. Shareholders should burn these guys alive at the stake.
