Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Undercover Boss

if anyone’s ever seen the TV show it usually ends with executives realizing that the front of line employees go way above and beyond the day to day expectations. often they then thank them with college education grants or similar charitable gifts to help their family.

in a million years the the current executives wouldn’t even want to meet the front line employees. FB earns and has earned hundreds of millions since he came in. His friends and family (you all know someone who falls into that category) have earned similarly ridiculous amounts and none of them care about any of us. Most of them are inept but like the mafia they can’t do any wrong - get moved to new bus units if they mess up.

Raises and stock grants for the executives. cuts, layoffs and hourly monitoring for the worker bees

how dare they preach about one Fiserv when they are all just lining their pockets

Not one of them would ever want to meet or try to understand that average employees day to day let alone grant anyone a share of the pie

FB and his friends and family is pure capitalistic nepotism

I don't expect them "to care" about us, I just would prefer if they actively didn't seem to hate us or our work/life balance.

Pretty sure I'd recognize the NJ troll if he was working beside me wearing a wig and fake moustache.

80% for Sapience is nice when I wfh. But when I’m in-office I’m busy “collaborating” and “innovating” so I won’t be coming close to that number. /sarcasm

Too many distractions here: socializing, random interruptions. Shouldn’t take a genius to see that people are -more- effective at home.

Frank is the chairman of the board. In other words, the fox is guarding the hen house!

Frank and the management team are not capital. They are management. The fleecing of the company by management is stealing from the shareholders (capital).

It is almost as if the people responsible for representing the shareholders are failing the people they represent. Who is leading the board of directors anyway? I'm surprised they aren't upset with Frank. The chairman of the board should be keeping the CEO (Frank) in check.

How about he secret offices built near the homes of execs that aren’t even listed in the company directory?

Lol. How's that squeezing working out for you dumdum? Watching clients leave who can't get service, employee and client morale in the sh----r, company as a whole limping along as all your talent leaves. At some point, your gravy train of nepotism and god awful leadership is going to go completely off the tracks. But I'm sure as long as you get a bonus, you won't care.

Very naive imagination. The goal of capital is to squeeze as much as possible from labor given the chance. A TV show is always a TV show, you really need to grow up and understand the bigger picture.

Frank is so slimy. Glad to be moving on from the disaster he has created at Fiserv.

if you are Director and below make sure you have 6.4 hours a day ‘active’ time in Sapience (80%). You get something like 20% of your time for breaks etc

Sapience aggregates what pc applications you spend your time in.

However If you take or make phone calls in Genesys, Sapience can’t account for that time as the data is messed up and there are too many many phone queues for anyone to really know what’s going on or what you do.

Many employees put themselves on hold or use one of the many phone queue Auxiliary codes to account for time Sapience can’t track

If you’re part of the executive friends and family cohort you actually don’t have to do anything outlined above. you just get moved from team to team every year or two and have zero accountability.

Since FB arrived have seen VP and SVPs moved around every few years as team leaders continuously leaving a wake of disaster behind them and having zero accountability for messing things up.

Most move away from the company (left for new opportunities) after 5-10 years after pocketing massive stock and bonus grants.

All we’re friends or family of FB, GC or other execs who preach everything they don’t / won’t ever do themselves

Sickening

CAMK as risk exec covered for FB at his last company and saved his bacon. She then got thanked by FB with an early retirement allowance (full vesting) and then got rehired as a consultant on crazy $$ while working remotely from her beach house

She had the graphic dept paste her picture into the women’s network meetings she didn’t attend -St-lin did the same.

These are the Executives that then demand crazy commitments from the front lines while lining their pockets with tens / hundreds of millions in stock grants

One rule for me, another for thee
