Unique distinction for sure, but true. The real constant is that both are dumpster fires and always have been. RCSA seemed to be the are that both companies struggle with, because it's fake science and a waste of time. I especially love how I was forced to train my India replacements before I left.. then they wanted to be connect on Linkedin afterwards, some nerve. We are heading for the biggest banking disaster since the depression. God bless us all, everyone.

- Schedule the RCSA workshop 6 months out in a business hub locations. Insist the leaders be present (who never are), as 3 previous attempts at RCSA have failed.
- Get the RCSA SWAT team to work with the business to identify endless risk and controls (that no one will every use) into a BS system WF purchased from Microsoft.
- Make sure the worthless IT&V groups are all included so they can justify their jobs.
- The two week workshop of 10 hours a day of mindnumbing chatter.
- Finally, the head of the business has to sit in front of the RCSA tribunal star chamber to get a thumbs up or thumbs down( Off with their heads).
- The business has to be coached three days prior cause he knows nothing how the business works. He is prepped like he is a witness at the OJ trial!
- Rinse and repeat every 12 months. FAKE SCIENCE. FK WF! CAN'T OUCH ME KNOW I QUIT SU-KERS!
RCSA seems like fake science and waste of time at Wells only because it’s designed by clowns. The leader has the audacity to appear as a key speaker in a major risk forum and lying through her teeth that there is an extremely “robust” process at Wells in front of many other peer banks. Fake it until it crashes and burn!

RCSA did succeed at one thing, they paid for my trip to San Fran where I took a tour of Alcatraz which was awesome. Thanks WF!!

Best of luck. RCSA is a scam and people who designed it are corrupt. They built massive over engineered processes to confuse and cheat the regulator. Every step of RCSA is inefficient and makes no significant improvement in business process or controls. The cost of this initiative is obscene with negative return on investment. Head of operational risk and all who report into him and also that toxic psycho woman architect should be fired.

2018 2019 - Full time fired because I did an install without compliance guardrails
2020 - BOA fired because i ran the execs department and ask for 15 dollars more
2021-2023 laid off 4 times, recommend for full time and laid off
2024 - declined full time offer
