I feel that the analytics teams beefed up quite a bit and not sure if we are safe ? Any thoughts please 🙏🏻

This round is only 700 isn't it? If they are smart enough, first get rid of the RAT gang, then incapable VPs, then the duplicates layers of global and geo, that can feed the number 700.
Any function that could be outsourced will likely be… I hear rumors from EMEA, that the entire finance team are all being laid off (>70 folk) - jobs all moved to India.
I’d imagine global data science could easily see a similar fate.

a lot of layoffs in 2023 by top companies are in ED&A space only. If you analyze the layoffs of Meta Google etc from the linkedin feed. No one is safe.

I am sure ED&A is on the list. No one is safe. How is it that no one seems to get that? No org is safe. Better to prepare for the worst than be naive.
I wouldn't feel great if I were director + in Global data science or analytics.
