It was never supposed to be March 1st for this year. March 1st was just when it was available to see the award statement in Workday and that’s also when base pay increases occur. March 8th is payroll b rollout and March 15th is payroll A. Your were very misinformed by your leader
Post ID: @myf+1rnbel4R- NOT TOXIC!!! Our department was told AIP payout would be March 1. It’s always been the first paycheck in March for payroll A. Date not available on awards statement or on HSS, until AFTER people started to blow HR”s phone up. Why don’t you educate yourself princess?
It's difficult for leaders to communicate better when they aren't told anything from Senior leaders. We are all kept in the dark as you are. Heck, we get better information from this site than we do from our Senior leaders.

UM = Utilization Management
There was NO AIP payout delay. The award statement released on 3/1 in Workday when the changes were effective. AIP and your new base pay increase will show in the middle of March paycheck. Leaders should have communicated better.
