Returning Work Cell

Has anyone received a QR code to return the work cell? I was only sent an email to return my monitors/laptop/keyboard/mouse and that process was a mess at UPS. There was a note to not return the cell in those QR codes when UPS scanned them. What do I do with the cell...?

Keep the phone until they tell you they want it back. CVS screwed up the administration of this layoff so bad, they will probably never notice whether phones are missing or not.

CVS has not mailed laid off employees the information promised in the initial letter, they changed the HR systems within a week of the layoffs, and have people answering the main phone numbers who have no idea how to answer questions from laid off employees and just keep forwarding the calls to other departments. A complete lack of organization from A - Z.

I think CVS laid off the wrong employees. Based upon the hot mess of these layoffs, CVS would have been much better served by laying off the entire HR staff and keeping the productive employees they let go.

Same situation here! I called the help desk and they shared this email address with me (since we can’t access the info only avail on the internal Sharepoint site). cvshealthwirelessSupport@vwpcs.com

Contact them. They give you an option to print a return label or to receive a box with return label to ship mobile phone back

More poor planning by CVS. Keep it.

That's what I thought as well, however, the UPS showed me a note when they scanned the code saying "Do not include cellphones". I'll try again...

I sent mine back with the iPad code and had them note that I had no iPad but an iPhone.
