its funny our manager used to be a customer sevice rep who couldn't even pitch or sell a screen protector. these are the people they put in charge. bullies...kids that had no friends growning up. seriously LOL

Why exactly do I as a customer want to spend $120 when i buy a phone? What the hell am i buying that you expect to be that much? Cell carriers are already known for being very overpriced for accessories so I’m just trying to find the logic in why they expect a customer to spend so much money.
Funny how they threaten to fire you unless you hit ARD but when you use the only methods that would get that kind of ARD you’re fired anyways lol looks like either way we are all getting fired and replaced eventually.

We had ARD Target of $130 since we were part of Southwest area, before they changed all regions and areas. It's been ridiculous. Southwest used to lead the company in ARD by threats, write ups, etc which led to a LOT of unethical selling which was praised until it was found out via customer complaints, then there sales rep would be fired. But hey that made company major profit and showed the higher ups it was possible to push that ARD by any means possible. So everyone now will follow this fantastic example.
$120? Lmao. Yeah the expectations and workload are just getting overwhelmingly stupid and I’m not making more money I’m making less. I’m waiting on them to finish getting rid of me so I can collect unemployment and look for another job. Already on documentation for a couple of things I’m going to contest as I’m pretty sure they are breaking the law in both cases. Get out while you still can
