She's been removed from her role as the helm of Jordan as they integrate Jordan into the Nike brand and it will become a business unit/category.
Her new role will be TPs former position as VP global marketplace partners.

She’s been busy out the executive circuit promoting herself. Worked with her at the blazers and at nike. She’s a great example of DEI at work. I’m sure they will find her a place she can make a lot of money and ride this to the end.

She has no experience in business - how the heck can she be leading a billion dollar brand? She is so insecure she bullies her team and anyone who dares engage in sensible business conversation or challenge whatever it is the consultants told her to say. Awful leader. Very shallow person.
We can hope she is out completely. Not overly optimistic though as Nike has a tendency to hang on to female bullies most of these bullies have the same things in common - zero skills of their own, they use people and discard them and they lack empathy.
guys this is very serious she has a harassment charge against her for bullying... so it's all true.
she's going to be dismissed entirely, no other roles for her. The abuse has gone on far too long and she's been found out.

this thread is so validating. this woman is a bully, and is threatened by other females with a POV or challenges her personal appearance. its unfortunate but there are so many other qualified female leaders who would embrace these roles , and quite frankly know how to succeed and lead with empathy.

One of the worst leaders to ever walk the halls of Nike. Zero business acumen, zero ability to derive a clear strategy, zero ability to even understand the fundamentals of the business and plan accordingly. There is only 1 reason she is still here, it is the environment MM created, and it destroyed the company
