What are your plans after Wells Fargo? Are you going to start a business, retire, go to another bank?

I'm 5 years out from retirement. Took my severance and a few months of unemployment and just landed a job with a top 100 Fortune Magazine company. Better all the way around and I won't have to deal with the toxic culture I dealt with at WF. I also have a small PT business that I'll continue to operate after retirement.
Non bank tech
Smaller bank. Better culture. Better pay. Bye WF.
Retired last month. Couldn't wait anymore for a potential package from Chainsaw. The environment turned toxic and my health was too important. Taking care of a family issue over the summer then will look for something new to do, not in a large banking organization. They all are doing the same things, stack ranking, moving jobs to India, rolling out Agile badly and treating employees like cr*p. I never created nor saw so many Powerpoint docs than in the last year. It's like they are real work product.
Non banking small SaaS company. If I were going to stay financial, it would be FinTech. I want to get back to solving technical problems. I have no interest in the dysfunction festival that is the Big Four.
Retirement.

If I get laid off, Corporate America can go f**k themselves and the horse they rode in on.
I will retire. The grass is not always greener. Been there done that. I am not naive nor a whiner. I take control of my life and my career. Wells actually is very generous to dead weights. Many of them have been milking Wells for a long time. Screaming and whining loudly now because they worry that their welfare days at Wells are over. They are not only worthless at Wells but everywhere else. I support laying off dead wood.
I'm gonna write a book about my time in Corp America, all the scandals, greed, etc. Publish it and make millions. There's no shortage of material and content.

Early retirement; I'm done with banking.
Early retirement / consulting. I'm kinda done with the whole corporate America thing.
Staying put. It’s a great place to work. Worked at many other places and they all have their issues. Wells ain’t that bad at all.
I wish I could come back. I miss Wells Fargo. I didn't want to leave. There. I said it.
I'm still deciding. Still looking around at jobs. I would like to stay in banking but never know.
