They got rid of under performers that all of the sudden became under performers over the past 3-5 months. More like their pay was too high, been with the co for too long, wrong gender, wrong personal "preferences". They started nit picking those ones at those clubs, gave BS write ups, all the while other cra_p managers were left alone. They in the MM or regionals pocket.
