Is there going to be another round of layoffs. I’m so sick of these changes and not being updated. It doesn’t take long to let people go. It’s either you’re going to do it or not. This job has caused so much stress. I’m over it all.

we were told approximately 2 mo ago to update our resumes out of the blue at the end of a staff mtg.
Wish people would say, even on the c and d side. They keep pushing us to apply and let them.know if we apply for other jobs. But its errie. Like come out say what your hiding and let us know why you are pushing us to apply for other jobs.
I don't think anyone will say?
@mj I only here because I couldn’t take the first VRSP because I wouldn’t have gotten unemployment and I was told there was a possibility I was going to get laid off. Two I still paying back my tuition and other bills. Three the job market su-ks but trust me im still looking for another job. Im just waiting to see what they are going to do
@mj I’m still on because of quit or they fire me I have to pay back tuition reimbursement. Otherwise I would be OUT, like tomorrow. I’m waiting patiently for the two years mark or a layoff.

I regularly check this board and the Optum board, and I've noticed that sometimes TikTok shares updates before we get them here. It would really help if we could get more timely information.
