Unfortunately Perry only has 6 direct reports in his 23,000 person team so it looks like commercial banking will have to share a group head and Perry will be absorbed into another group. You had a good run buddy.

Another brilliant call on this site that amounted to nothing
Perry is a good man. However, he stood by and watched them dismantle Chicago Commercial Banking. 4 Top performers were promoted, all rockstars. None are here today. New leaders don’t motivate, are inexperienced, and no one wants to stick their neck out (it’s about keeping your head down). Bring back people who care, who stand up for what’s right, and work hard for their customers/team members. John Adams and Monica Cole are a disaster, in my view. Wrecking Ba--s!
Perry ony cares about his winery in OR. He's going through the motions and hasn't been a leader in a long time.
When the execs give up and are just waiting for their golden parachutes, why should the employees care?
No one is looking out for employees anymore. So disappointing. We're all just mercenaries at the point.
What people don’t know is Perry has not been to work in 6 years! Yes you read that right. He has an office at 420 which he has never been in. He owns a winery in Portland where he stays 24/7 365. I work on the executive floor at 420 and can say when Charlie was hired all these top folks got scared. He is in NYC and making all his leaders there, so losers like Jim Rowe are now being let go. Great move btw. I can also say Jim was dead weight he was impossible to get things moved forward, talk about old school he wears his pants just below his armpits like my 80 year old grandpa. God willing Jamie will be out next, let’s start dredging the swamps!
Please, please, please get rid of Perry. He is not fit for his role.

please if you're going to mention an announcement, provide some details, not everyone has access into all areas of the bank, only theirs. would be nice to know what is going on at the company overall
He'll have 7+ directs. The announcements have already come out just need to fill roles and move folks in Teamworks.
