You blame whites / browns depending on whether you are brown/ white. There are equal proportions of eedeeots of both kinds.
Some of you bundle everything you hate as woke. If the rich dude was woke he wouldn't be firing large chunks of the workforce. They are just playing you.
Here's my advice. If you are not part of the Richmond mafia, then get a different job. Let them fail. If you want to speak up, do so, knowing full well that they won't care, because they have to save their own bottoms.
I left when I saw the mafia in action. I still respect a lot of my colleagues and I don't respect the suckups and playas. And both classes belong to all colors and levels of woke/unwoke-ness. It's just that people suck and at C1 it's the senior leadership that enables these suckups. It's the same thing that is happening in other aspects of our lives outside of work - eedeeots just fight and troll against each other since they are not capable of root cause analysis.
