What kind of things did you need done by October? What location and what department?
A few days ago I and a couple of others were told in our evaluations that we had to have some things done by mid October. This was a new thing to us, entirely. I am beginning to wonder if there is more to that?
There's layoffs every week, but so far the big waves have been at the end of a quarter. If it's moved up, I'd guess that they're moving the schedule up a month to avoid Christmas layoffs.
