Just got word today NY call center representatives have to be in office, one day a month. This is only the start people. Full RTO will follow.

1 day a month - in everyday English it translates 1 day out of 22 working days. It's laughable, so much that I would go on strike for 1/22 days RTO.
OMG... The horror of RTO!!!
Many other areas have been doing 1-2 days in the office for a long while now. So this is just aligning everyone, which is fair enough.
