The laptops do connect to WiFi without a token.

Position has nothing to do with it.
As a VP, they do allow me to connect to wifi.
Yeah, if you're talking about connecting your personal phone to company wifi to browse whatever... I just wouldn't. Not ever.
Anyone that connects their personal device to wf WiFi is nuts.
It’s pretty much however it was when we left…. Some get Wi-Fi, some do not.
Danger Will Robbins! Connecting to office guest Wi-Fi is the same as surfing from your work machine - they can monitor everything. Upgrade to unlimited.

This would have been installed at larger sites within the past 2 years, with more coming in the next couple of years. It's given an obvious SSID if you work in office. You would see it if you had it.
Not every office/floor has Wi-Fi (Wc.....) as its extremely expensive to install and the lobs have to fork the bill.

Many of us have a requirement to use cellular devices in our daily jobs, but some sites have bad signal, so we cannot use our device until we move to an area with good signal. This should help out a lot.
@mdl+1fyToFBZ
Many of our sites do not have adequate cell coverage and the carriers are less than willing or able to install what's needed to boost them. We installed the BYOD network for people to connect their devices to and they can enable WiFi calling, check email - which may be needed for emergencies, and yes even browse the web - on approved sites.
For what purpose? Use your phone non-stop at work?
I would not trust any Wells Fargo network with my devices.
@OP+1fyToFBZ
Yes, there is WiFi for corporate devices like laptops or corporate mobile devices and a separate WiFi for personal ones like BYO devices. Be warned though, everything done on that WiFi connection is logged.
Is there Wifi in offices? Yes, I was in the StL office yesterday and my phone connected to it easily.
Did I trust the Wifi and leave my phone connected to it? No frigging way.
