We have VPs who can't manage and directors who can't direct. No wonder everything is so messed up.

We get it … your red hat is on so tight you’re all in on protecting pedos … makes you feel better about your sad self picking on people who have been marginalized
@1pm really? Did you just call someone a f—-ot?
@1m4 How often do you su-k Trump's di-k, MAGAt fa---t? Do you look lovingly into his eyes when you do? Do you lick his diaper clean when you're finished? I'll bet you do.
@1kn PEP pushing back sustainability deadlines and cutting prices because customers aren’t willing to pay the higher prices proves you’re wrong.
@ge What number booster are you on? Still wearing your Covid chin diaper? Do you know what bathroom to use yet? What are your pro nouns? Does your buffalo head hang next to your safe space sign? Are you proud of the fraud in Walzland? Did you buy Kamalas and Jills books? Are you housing immigrants? The list is endless for Snowflakes!
If you believe consumers don’t care about sustainability anymore you’re a simpleton
half of s&t exec team.
@mc to be fair, Plano went downhill back when Indra forced it to be “more PepsiCo” and adopt the NY Pepsi-pretty, company politics over real results way. Telling the most profitable division to be more like floundering one was a heck of a strategy… 😬
Add that to her sustainability agenda that people don’t care about anymore and it’s quite a parting gift she left us, huh?
Plano should be a sewer treatment plant, so many clueless egos there that are full of fe--s
cannot think of another large multinational American company that would be so dysfunctional... PepsiCo beats them all! Simply, a toxic environment that should be avoided
The results speak for themselves. Results are a reflection on leadership and it doesn’t matter what hat is worn. Can’t fight the facts!
Greaaaaaat… the aggrieved red-hat wearing dimbulbs are out again with their racist / misogynistic whining
It’s a pick apart culture. Execs tear down people under them. There are zero resources and capabilities to empower people to succeed. The people who get the work done are not truly valued. What little recognition that does happen is super fake.
Corporate foodservice sales absolutely, sitting in distributor office pretending to be in meetings all day
Cuts are coming guys...whoever is left can focus on real work
@bk Campus Hires — age-based DEI.
@a3 You nailed it for our department!
@a3 Executive team is highly white male dominated and still clueless…. What the excuse for them?
@a3 Though to be fair, I've seen plenty of white male incompetents in charge. PepsiCo tends to be a bastion of managerial incompetence regardless of race, creed, or color.
This is a product of DEI over the last decade. The female manager quota and POC quota, it doesn’t matter what race/gender someone is… if they are fit to lead and possess the competencies to do so, then they rise to that leadership level.
Some of the senior managers, directors, sr directors, and VPs I come in contact with genuinely are clueless and slow down project velocity due to their lack of comprehension.
Just because you are the loudest person in the meeting and sp-t out continuous word salad doesn’t mean that you are equipped for your role and understand what is needed to execute.
