VZ will hire whomever is cheapest, regardless of skillset, or anything else. Do you have a pulse, barely competent in English, and can attend meetings ad nauseam and deliver nothing? You're hired!

@m7 anti American isn't dei. Anti American is sending American troops into cities against Americans. Dei is petty sh-t compared to allowing our country to be taken over by an authoritarian government. They flashed something shiny at you and when you looked that way. A lot of unqualified people are afraid, and, should be. This is one of the most naturally diverse companies in the world because of the nature of the beast it builds and sells to. In fact, many VZ veterans have more than a few stories about how DEI, to check the box, picked the wrong person, while an actual highly qualified person, who checked 1 or more boxes was passed over, again.

Just let this company do what it is supposed to do for the people they are supposed to do it for and all the diversity BS takes care of itself. They 'Equity' is socialism and what sunk D'E'I because it is anti American and has led to the starvation of many. As far as inclusion, very few companies, apart from the DOW cos hire more handicapped people.

So I am gladly looking forward to an end to this nonsense so we can do the job.

All of the DEI hires are terrified that the party is over, because it is.
