Not equal for Gender and not equal for new hire vs existing.
Existing employee can only hope for max 4% raise per yr. MAX-
New hires typically come in 5 to 10K above existing and not even due to negotiations but because that is what the company deemed that job to be worth. DO talk about your pay , its NOT against the law. start your own negotiations with that knowledge!
I found out i was the lowest paid member on the team. Nothing i said or did made a difference so i left, best move i ever made. (talking about a 10K difference)

No. Even if you change positions/departments you will not be paid equally to the team/position/new hires.

Hahahahaha no, pay is not equal. Women almost always get less. New hires also make way more typically because they have negotiation power, even though veteran employees provide much more value due to accrued skills and knowledge

New hires are getting crazy packages!! In some cases, they are making more than their managers for the same location

If you could include your Employee #, Social Security Number, and home address that would be great.

@lpe+1myTF77U the range is 2% to 4% so if you have bad start good luck cathing someone who will have similar % increase as you but different pay

nope your salary will be increased by % so if you start as underpaid you will stay underpaid, also they will promote you without any additional pay increase
