Just noticed today (1/12) that the handy dandy chart that used to show how many weeks severance you'd receive has vanished. And on the POLICY LIBRARY, there is no chart. There IS a place to click and get to where it SHOULD be, but AMAZINGLY it's now a RESTRICTED SITE. I had heard there was to be a change from 2 weeks per year down to 1 week per year. Now it seems it can be whatever WF would like it to be. Seems very fishy and very odd that this can be right. Anyone have the info for 2021?

There’s a reason why they were chosen.
"My non working period ends 7/13." Did you mean to say 8/13?
Link to the salary continuation plan is in the benefits book. Still minimum of 8 weeks and 2 weeks per year after that.
Question: recently displaced employee Wells Fargo. My non working period ends 7/13. I’m set to close on my home that was in the process of being built long before I was displaced. I had been there 20 years and opting for the salary continuation pay. My lender will likely do a verification check via The Work Number (Equifax) but not sure how it will reflect as employeed or not. Does anyone know? Also, how does paycheck stubs look like under the pay continuation plan? Does it still show the old title? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
I'm guessing the op also replied all toast weeks bday email
It hasn’t disappeared, it’s in the 2021 benefits book under salary continuation plan. The min Is still 8 weeks.
Teamwork’s is a mess though, so not surprised if anyone thought it was removed ; it’s not like our leadership has been very open since CS took the helm.
Take a deep breath everyone. Let's give each other a break. Searching for information on Wells Fargo Teamwork's is not always easy.
Whatever they pay OP is too much
oh - thanks all! Have an AMAZING day... **Nothing Burger slinks away all red-faced..."
It’s amazing how many people wells employs that need their hands held every step of the way
And people wonder why we are doing mass layoffs...
The salary continuation plan is in exactly the same place it has always been. Teamworks -> Benefits -> Benefits Book and SPDs. Severance is a benefit, it can be changed as management deems appropriate.
The table is in chapter 16, IT HAS NOT CHANGED. It was last changed to cap the benefit at 52 weeks, years ago. It’s there, right now, you can look at it.
I shouldn’t be, but I am continually disappointed in the high number of people who believe everything is some kind of conspiracy. It’s not, please seek help.

Thank you. I was just thinking the same thing. It's there in plain sight. The fear mongering here is ridiculous.
Do you know how I know you haven't read the current Benefits Book? Page 16-8. Good grief people. Just stop. This nonsense keeps coming up and it's completely baseless. Read the emails, read the benefits book, read the Policy Library and THEN post alarming, and legit, information. This thread can be shut down, it's a nothing burger.
