What I learned working in this abusive workplace is, only help yourself, most of these workers here are brain washed that they are nothing. You can only help people that want to be helped, but in a place like this there are only so many you can assist.
Best news is I made it through here, and came out way on top. Went to a much more successful bank in a Senior Leadership role. As they say, you need to go through hard times before you really hit a successful point in your career. This was definitely the most unethical place I have ever worked in my entire career. Not to mention most places I have worked are double to four times bigger than here and they never attempt these types of tactics.
In anycase, now I am making great money and in a highly respected position. Not sure why anyone would want to stay in a low paying job working the same 40 hours a week, seems like they have no drive to better themselves. I personally would never come back here to be underpaid and work with people with no ethics.
