@kxl+1tjdp4Ep she got 100% of target bonus after trashing the company? LMAO CVS is beyond delusional. i cant wait until she fires more of the front line employees to hire 500 more outsourcers or vendors for another -25 stock price, I can only laugh at this point

I don’t like her cause she’s a lying witch. As a healthcare, professional, going through the pandemic and listening to her lies along with the previous medical Director. What did they think we are stupid? It’s a healthcare business like we’re not gonna see through your BS.

And don’t even get me started on the jabs, for crying out loud we were all working from home! Not like we were going to infect each other. Another money, making scheme, complements of KL. What did we get for complying? 5,000 laid off.

Simple. She’s Larry’s protege, and Larry’s hand-picked successor. The board (and Wall Street for that matter) loved Larry. Do you really think that CVS will remove Larry’s hand-picked choice to replace him? Plus Karen herself has already said that people don’t like her because she’s a woman, so she’s basically put herself in an untouchable position.

She and her posse are a cancer to this company. She has with her own intelligence and might has taken literally half of this company’s value and flushed it down the toilet.

Go on YouTube and watch Carl Icahn explain how he makes money as an activist. He tells the story of an id--t at Princeton who pretends to care about everyone. The guy is an id--t supported by his friends. Eventually, that guy or woman will be CEO. The company will be run into the ground by the CEO and Board (cronies). The real question is why an Activist Investor hasn’t appeared.

Probably the same reason she received an EXCELLENT scorecard rating last year and received 100% of her target bonus ($3M) in March, while the rest of the company only received 83% funding due to poor financial performance and not meeting our internal metrics. Apparently, she's doing a fabulous job while the rest of the company is underperforming. *Her scorecard with comments, and bonus funding & payout are public information on the CVS investor website.
