Original Fiserv once had people make the differnce week, then with new CEO it was cut to one day, the next one cut it altogether.
Used to get 401k bump when fisv did well, gone.
Was a 15% discount, but lowered to 5% to matxh FD

Made me wonder about location tracking when you approve it on your phone. I have location turned off myself most of the time.
It's like having your ba-----k stapled to the sole of your shoe and having to step on it anytime you want to move in any direction.
Working at FI is about the same as having a colonoscopy without being put under.

The new return to office scam for tax money is how it is to work fiserv. Move to lincoln or get fired. Cause NE had to buy new tax payers.

The work is meaningful and engaging. Great environment and time during the day for grab at short walk at times
I just dread going in each morning to get my @ss chewed out by clients who I cannot help due to lack of knowledge and resources…… I’ve gotta get something else soon this place is insane! Absolutely no work life balance the demands of this job far exceed realistic expectations and are not sustainable long term…. One more dashboard or mandatory log and I’m gonna scream!!!!

The RTO rules do not apply to everyone…the dept I’m in is in the office five days a week..,but some in same dept do get to wfh on Fridays…however our EVP talks on town halls about the wfh on Fridays… but it’s a lie ad they don’t mean it
