I was supposed to start Telesales on 11-1 but I found out today it got pushed back till 11-15. Was anyone else supposed to start on the first?

How long did it take you guys to receive your equipment? I completed the welcome to telesales survey two weeks ago and still no word on my equipment. Call my interviewer and he doesn’t pick up or respond to text messages. Frustrating 😒
We just had a rep in my store get their offer pulled. I don’t know if it was a behavior thing or what but he just said they rescinded the offer and he has to go with 32 or 24 hour now for retail. Yikes!
They are waiting to see what happens with the election and economy tbh
There is a chance you will never get to start and will be put back in retail. People are getting their offers retracted due to over hiring.
It's because all work from home agents (HBA) change their shift on November15th. Every 6 to 12 months they get a new shift and Supervisor. They just want to align everyone on the same day and make it easier to update the system, PA etc for everyone. Has nothing to do with anything other than having everyone start on the same day. New Hire Tech is the same way. They start on the 15th at the start of the new bid.
@knq+17GzCDee Comparing the telesales job to business cold calling is a bit of a stretch. Anyway I do agree that many who transferred to telesales will walk....especially heavy hitters who thought they were walking back into 3-4K checks. Not gonna happen.
I don’t think it was over hiring, I think it was by design. Many will not like the job and will quit. Actually intelligent. Think about how many switched and how many like to even do business calls.
They over hired, this will be interesting.
It was pushed back, not much you can do about it. Just do enough to get by until then. It’s only 2 more weeks so not a big deal
