Hey Ive been working here about a year now and just curious, what's my incentive to work hard for this company? Does anyone know? Because I am having a difficult time figuring it out.

Well let me tell you a little story of how life was back in Vzw retail days . We would get recognizing you wich are basically gift cards for just doing your job each month , then there were accessories of the month wich you could win by selling only 10 per month, then there was winners circle wich most everyone made it because it was super easy to go back then … then one day a horrible greedy guy with skinny pants and small socks came to destroy the company and now we have 0 incentives.. the end .
the more you produce and work, the more the dump on you- its thankless across the board
Competition and pride don't pay the bills unfortunately
The best incentive is knowing you work for the greatest company that ever existed.

You work hard not wasting time making woke videos and only projecting to make $40K with horrible hours, probably lots of micro managing and stress to sale 5G that doesn't work
Why do you people assume every person posting does the same job as you? Sales reps are like 10% of the company headcount. Same with union, they all assume everyone else is union.
Ya cuz everyday it feels like Im making our ceo lots of money. I took this job in the hopes that I could make myself money to live right outta college but it aint the case here. I gotta start looking for a company that pays its employees
Honest answer: competition, pride, and if you would like advancement. If those aren't important to you, a team commission environment will be very challenging. Financially, the opportunity for a kicker and a slightly higher raise. You'll have to weigh that for yourself and whether it's worth getting up every morning otherwise find what makes you happy and think big picture for your life.
