It's over

The company is finished. They laid off all productive workers who delivered and kept it going. Many good engineers already left themselves. Now the sh-=it chatbots with left who do not contribute to anything and got promoted to LL5 and LL4 working on FNV4.
Who gave them their medals and for what ???? They never went to any war, never delivered anything, no leadership and no respect.

HR in every company is just a bunch of glorified girl bosses that end up ruining the company reputation. They are there for one reason and one reason only: To hamper progress when it comes to anything damaging to the company. I wish at least they would confine HR to things like that instead of hiring and role changes. HR knows nothing about hiring and getting them involved in that process was one of the great tragedies of corporate management. So many talented candidates have been denied or bypassed by people that had no business doing the hiring. Let the managers who need to fill the position vet resumes and candidates. HR should stay in their lane.

@k0 Let's not act like HR and Speak Up weren't the reason that I got blackmailed. File-padding, gaslighting, fake investigation to CYA, and then closing all concerns and locking me into the rotation indefinitely to get what others wanted for their own self interests. Let's not act like they aren't the ones that didn't like when I asked why they are manipulating a situation and proceeded to align with others to 'correct' a problem that they saw in me. Let us stop acting like HR is innocent. They are why this company has so many issues. There is no empathy, while they try to teach us what empathy is after they power-trip because it is easier than being honest. No more pretending this is not a doom and gloom situation. They are making it seem like i want everyone fired and using my grievances as a poker chip instead of just taking accountability for something that happened. They are trying to spin this into a positive for them at a further cost of my suffering. It is not human. No sense of urgency. It is an abuse of power.

GM lays off both PM and Engineers nowadays.
Ford lets the culprit continue the same story in a different version.

Advice to HR: For LL4 and LL5 lays offs , provide them mental sickness pills with the Right Management Tools.

I have seen layoffs and rehires for over 20 years. I retired in 2022 after 30 years. Now with clarity and hind sight, Ford leadership is incapable of moving the company forward. Ford will always be mid pack and will at best be a fast follower

Are you delusional? This is disrespectful to people who actually went to war, there is no honor amongst many of you that say these things. If you're going to resonate with something as honorable, you better portray the values embodied. Did you protect others around you or save your own skin when caught in the crossfire? I'm seeing this as a teachable moment for MANY of you. Is calling an individual a chatbot the oldschool version of a Gen Z individual calling someone an 'NPC'? It is easy to crack jokes, but with little substance or value. Please construct your points that aren't purely off ad-hominen for its strength. Say specifics and be specific about who you are frustrated at instead of just one group. What have you done that has been honorable and symbolic such as going to war. What have you sacrificed and for what? Talk about yourself. How can we connect with you as a speaker? If genuine, who are you specifically having a gripe against...? Whose side are you on? Self-preservation? Is there more to it? What cause do you have that has an effect. Why do you deserve to part of grey literature and taken seriously.

I have a strong evidence that these posts make them angry. There were NDAs that they signed and they got exposed here in different versions somehow. They know who they are, those who did the selection criteria. Then they check the these forums making sure that their reputation is intact and all goes smoothly for them as if nothing has ever happened.
