What are you doing? The morale, spirit and team is gone. You collectively broke that and now you blame the employees? That’s on you; top leadership. This started before JD. BUT, you continue to hide and don’t have the ba--s to confront JD. No wonder he doesn’t trust any of you. YOU are the reason why Nike is failing.

ELT lacks L meaning leadership. Just call them ET because they behave like someone that has no clue what it’s like to live on this planet. Totally tone deaf beings only interested in enriching themselves at the expense of employees and shareholders.
I remember several people who tried to express their concerns about CDA but of course they were shunned for not being “team players.”
There never was and never will be accountability for the ELT or SLT

JD is still around. Mo sold leveraged long positions before the announcement of layoff. The CDA was a disaster. The elt is still around. How is this accountability by laying off the workforce for terrible decisions by the ELT?
