I have been a CWA member for twenty years. Never, not once, have I filed a grievance. Never not once was conflict, confusion, or a misunderstanding not resolved at the first line level. I have had four different job titles and eleven different first lines in five different FAA's. This is our company, management and craft. We are in this together. You want change, you want the culture to be diffdrent, you are the answer.
Everything else is just noise.
