just got RIF'd about an hour ago...over 17 years starting with BBT. good luck to those still working for this wonderful company.
Not surprising that as soon as Kelly stepped off the board that they would target hbbt teammates for rifs. BR & his cronies have to crush any resistance to their plans for mediocrity.
You can lau this squarely on BBT leadership. They topped bud baker.

Just got the severance docs. They list all the positions Rif’d. I stopped counting pages after 60 and there had to be at least 60 more with 20-40 positions on each page.
What team are you with that lost 4 VPs and boss?
My team and I were riffed today. 4 VPs. Feeling relieved. Our boss was riffed in previous round and didn’t feel comfortable with the replacement.

Co-worker in commercial banking was just laid off and escorted out. I hate this company and these banks more specifically. But more is company across this country.

Mortgage RIF victim checking in. They’re laying off VPs and admins alike. I wish nothing but the worst for this bank that has been run like cr-p since the merger began.
@jtw+1qouf63J Hope all goes well with you in your future endeavors. We have many smart alecs here who belittle and slam people. We also have people who think of others and now is going to be a very difficult time for many and that sarcasm is not needed for so many during this time.
