Let's be real pulse surveys are called 'pulse' to check engagement. It doesn't change anything, just shows them what areas are not engaged anymore based off of survey results. They could care less what you say in them because as long as you take them you are actively engaged. Mmmm Kool-aid

@jr no one tells the truth in pulse surveys. We know they aren't anonymous and Sam's message yesterday proves it. If they were anonymous, how do they know how people who are hybrid answered versus home based or in office?
I wish I was one of those vlss people to see what all this change actually costs.
