Alright, so we know that the S-Band employees restructure/layoff or whatever else we would like to call it started today. But, has anyone that you know of been in fact let go today? No names, please.

@fqa, everyone knows that; that is not what we are discussing here now though.
The VPs who are still here get to decide which of their S bands stay and which go. Surviving VPs and SDs get to purge their organizations of the people they do not like. It's not about bad actors or good or bad leaders or whatever your rating is or was.
I fear that technology is still over populated with Sr. Directors. Something needs to happen there.

I know 10, and, none of them were bad. In fact, most were amazing leaders that loved the brand, the real culture and were great co-workers.
Hopefully, this is more "cleaning house" of bad actors than letting go of good people who work hard and actually care. Anyone let go in Technology?
@vjr, thank for sharing. Yeah, the same can be said about few more who have, publicly and in smaller settings, done and said some terrible things as well.
I know two. One was somebody that had very publicly done some totally unacceptable things.
