Is anyone else horrified by the request last week for USA employees to add thier s-xual orientation to their workday profile?

Its part of the "divide and conquer" identity politics all fortune 500s have to push, thats what the "diversity" agenda is all about. The parasite class is afraid that late-stage capitalism will be too unfair for the masses to accept so they have to invent distraction issues for the Wage Slaves to fall for, you fight amongst yourselves over se-ual fetishes and skin color while the 1% do whatever the fu-k they want because you sheep get what you deserve.

This...Leaders don't have access to the information and HR can't share it...I love when naive people post. This and other voluntary fields are used by leadership to ensure the company maintains diversity. Like my other posts, I expect the truth will be quickly removed. Make no mistake, these field can help determine your future at the company.

most companies ask this. Fiserv was late to the game adding it. Leaders don't have access to the information and HR can't share it. Your choice to disclose or not.

I was not happy with the new identification system, however, I suspect it is related to the Supreme Court's decision to add Orientation to be protected; How many of each protected class are in a company's ranks determines which companies and govt agencies can hire Fiserv to do business with. So, I believe its just a count to hopefully meet the "diversity" requirements for future and current business.

lol in the uk we get asked that on every job application! Along with our race, gender etc.. and almost always it's a mandatory field. Somethings we should be able to keep private.
