Hi, Did anyone hear anything about layoffs coming to EPP or Finxact? Specifically Finxact still WFH?!!!

What about that Bento company? I beat they have been impacted as well.
Finxact should look at what is happening with DNA (formerly Open Solutions) to see their future.
@jer+1jhWLfgv is spot on. This is exactly what happened to my former company when we were acquired by First Data (before FD merged with Fiserv). We were promised that nothing would change, that we would still be permitted to operate with a fair amount of autonomy. Then slowly, but surely, we were assimilated and dismantled. Don't think for a moment that it won't happen to you, because it's pretty much inevitable. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news here, but we need to remain realistic about what this company really is about.
Finxact was sold on the idea they'd still have autonomy after the merger. I interviewed there and they were all scared for what was coming. And they should be. Frank will assimilate them and they will lose WFH. Just a matter of time.
