I think that is the feeling of most of us who are still here and looking for a way out - embarrassment of the company's reputation. The management is not doing anything to improve it, but it is very successfully destroying whatever is left of the reputation of this company. When I saw the ad, I blushed with shame instead of those who approved the ad, and it’s just a trifle compared to other things.

Over 20 years working with VZ. The woke hostile workplace has drove out the best and brightest people. White men with experience and skills took the VSP and left this wokeplace
Over 20 years with VZDNC, tired of drinking the leftist “woke” cool aide. Things have gotten much worse under the Euro (America hating) leaders. Hopefully I’ll get a nice severance package to get out of this he-l ho-e. VZW used to be a great place to work, we were winning, growing and worked as a unified team. Now it’s a hostile work politically charged workplace and constantly cutting employees…losing people everyday. Very poor leadership team that puts politics over profits and growth.
I’m embarrassed how anti-American VZ is. Making employees suffer through the anti-American racist CRT training…calling our country “systemically racist” singling our white employees for ridicule. I hate this place.
Only job where you could sell the entire store out of inventory in a day and then show up the next day with a smaller paycheck. 8/10
There was a time when Verizon Sales Reps were lowkey rockstar's and could easily make $100,000+ a year...Those days have long since passed.

Yeap totally agree with you man ! Going to put in my 2 weeks end of January, after this month I feel like it’s not going to get any better. Honestly that’s what they want us to do is quit reduce head count in store so customers can do more online orders and eventually close most stores having customers do business only online or over the phone . It was a nice 15 years working in retail but I feel like enough is enough and time for me to go .
