Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

I'm still in shock from being laid off

I'm still trying to wrap my head around it and failing. I was a top performer. I was naive to think that mattered.

Go on a VPN and write 10 glass door reviews to make up for the 10 fake ones every manager writes.

Most likely badge or Sapience does not meet requirement, or remote.

Don't take it personally. We managers often have no input into these decisions. We get told a day or two before you find out.

It's just SOP for frankserv. You were chosen as a number on a spreadsheet, not necessarily because you did anything wrong.

Read what @jdk+1vFv7FP9 said and then read it again and again because that's what happened.

You were a top performer to your manager. You were a number on Frank's spreadsheet.

Only Frank's spreadsheet determines who stays and who goes.
