Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Changes to the RTO policy?

If FB cares about the low scores he will undoubtedly receive from the "Your Voice" surveys, maybe he will soften his stance on the current RTO policy!
Hey, at least I can dream!!!
NONE of the OFS people in the Bkfld building want to go to the new location & there will be many who retire or leave once this happens, especially with the RTO currently in place.

After calling back to office still giving exceptions to work remote as per their preferences. Really…

No need for 24x7. Just dole out 9-5. Use a burner phone for fiserv. After 5 turn off your phone, badge out, and go spend a nice evening or weekend with your family and friends. They are far more important than fiserv anyway.

Sorry, but 9-5 will not work for most of the IT related jobs at this place. We are on 24x7.

I heard the same. RTO 5 days/week after Labor Day and 9-5 will be the expectation for hours of collaboration.

Rumors in BH say RTO 5 days/week after Labor Day. Heard from multiple sources.

The survey results will not change anything. In fact, they delayed the survey until after the RTO Monday -Thursday was announced so that they could tie the results together. Our executive team does a survey because they have to (Maybe Jamie Diamond always had one?). But don't fool yourself into thinking whatever you candidly put on your survey will change anything.

In a company not led by a dictator? Maybe. His whole point in RTO is power, tax credits on these wonderful new offices and attrition.

I was fine with two days. Three was pushing it. Four is absof-ckinglutely absurd. Can’t wait for five days but hopefully I am gone by then.

Take those dreams and aspirations elsewhere. This now chaotic mismanaged company does not deserve any talented employees. Look at those that have left and look at those entering the company. They’re not cut from the same cloth. That is foreshadowing because just like global warming, this inferno will only get hotter.

I doubt any meaningful change will happen. They’d rather lose people than to keep them.

@jdh+1nxQQ04M I guess there are outliers who are extroverts and basicly their entire life is focused on their work for the company. They absolutly love the water cooling talks and office gossip. I as introvert hate them.

To the person who said "I personally know many who welcome the move to the new building from BKF so stop making stuff up.", you are clueless and by as many downvotes as your post rec'd, people here can see thru your BS!

The RTO stance is to encourage you to leave. The survey just shows that it is working.

FB will not change his RTO stance. This is the man who rented an old furniture storefront during the pandemic so he would have someplace to go to work. His favorite saying is ‘work is done at work, not at home’.
