Just like the OP said your probably a member of the labor relations team.. what Frontline employee would come on here and defend vzw like that?? News flash your job isn't necessary this isn't the great depression employers aren't paying people pennies on the dollar hence no one will unionize you think your important because you go around the country "saving " the corporation from unionizing but guess what whether you show up or not there will be NO unions forming. So YOU get off your high horse and go chase down some false union lead that some director or vp told you to look into just because some employee mentioned the "U" word in there store

Sorry that is not how the world works. That is why we get college degrees and acquiring new skills through education is a life long process so we are marketable and employers seek us out. No company owes you a life long position. Business needs change, consumer habits change, everything changes. Deal with it and get off your entitlement high horse.

Yeah the CWA is working miracles for the AT&T retail employees. AT&T has closed hundreds of stores this year and given their retail employees the finger. The CWA is milking their dues out of their paychecks and also giving them the finger.

Unions solve everything. That is what it is all rainbows, unicorns and butterflies on the AT&T layoff pages. It is so much worse there and they can thank their union for most of it.

Go post something on a non anonymous site for unions and I promise you your leadership is getting a call from employee relations with a couple weeks. Your social media will be spied on for months. Good chance a bunch of people getting interviewed. It's the truth. They spy when say don't.

Since when do unions save anything anymore? They are obsolete and only bankrupt private companies and cause government organizations to become bloated and inefficient. Unions should be abolished.

This is absolutely true. They are all HR or Labor Relations employee, trying to out comments in such a way that it seems they are coming from a Solution Specialist etc just so we can’t form union.

I do think Verizon has down right brainwashed a small percentage of the workforce who will defend everything that Hans and Krista do. They will defend until they are hit hard with reality.

9 out of 10 times the person stirring the pot and pushing negative comments is a paid union organizer on this site trolling for new members. Not even a Verizon employee. Free marketing for you I guess. Sad.
