Nobody wants to stay here

These are just from the last 24 hours. There have been many, many more in the past few weeks and something tells me there will be many more in the coming weeks. All I can say is, good on them. Why would they want to continue being part of this clasterfuck if they have options?

It’s almost hard to believe this division is so poorly managed. No one knows what the other side is doing. There are too many people that are not client facing making all the decisions. Next to retire will be Julie Capperton. I hope Sol Gindi can get this fixed.

@svx+1haqPBHu If young people aren't applying, that is a big problem.

Would like to know age details of who is still working here, and how long they've been here. When I look around all I see are people who are close to retirement. They're generally not happy, but they're not going anywhere either.

For years we've had problems keeping young people. But nowdays young people aren't even trying to come here in the first place. That's different that it was before.

I'm one of the boomers. Just sitting here watching what's going on around me. No career ahead of me, and I can leave at any time.

That would’ve had absolutely nothing to do with my these people left. I promise you they were probably in the office working throughout most of 2020. They’re a sales team and in the relationship business, that’s done in person.

No one will entrust their wealth to Wells in this climate. The strategy to hold on to wealth management and even grow it, seems totally flawed.

It does feel like we're approaching a tipping point. A couple more good scandals and we'll get to live through an Enron.
