Im averaging about 4 callouts per week.
There is no incentive to come in, pick up a shift, or work harder with this garbage team compensations. It needs to change and RIS needs to be paid at the individual level for reps.
Was staffing ever an issue with the old model!? NO! Now I cant even run a store correctly to manager this 1.5 hour wait because I have 3 reps working all day. One of my top reps finally quit, dude made Presidents Cabinet multiple times, got shafted on multiple interviews bc the position was given to someone that had been laid off. His last words to me, " Why would I produce the same level of work that got me to a 6-figures for the year when doing the same level of work means I finish at 63K for the year. I bet if any of these executives were told 'hey we need you to do the same level of work for a 30% reduction in pay' they would all walk out".
Someone needs to wake the fu-k up and start paying for real performance again.
