I always assumed they are Ford Land as I see them walking around in those stupid things doing nothing. Yet no one ever informed me. Add more fing workstations. Plain and simple. They are just another heap of waste at this complex.

They are RTO officers, they are there to help you with RTO questions and teach you how to use the onsite system

Think of them as like the lunch moms of the corporate world! Can’t find something, need something, just ask, super excited, hope they aren’t temporary. They are the same as like the greeter ladies wearing all black we’ve always had!
