Insiders not buying or selling the stock means there is material public information they have. With there net debt at 3.7 Bill. I imagine it is at the finish line.

Sounds like buy out at $8
@5nf Please preserve that energy and spend it on looking for a job. You don’t want to wait till the last moment.
@c7 Sabre won't be bought to go private. The private equity scam is to get a loan to buy a company with low debt, transfer that loan to the company so they have effectively bought the company for free, charge the company millions in consulting fees until the loan is repaid, bleed the company almost dry then resell the company. Sabre is not a suitable target now.
@wn If I were you I’d rather spend my energy looking for a new job than cursing on here :). The latter will not change what is eventually going to happen.
This is what happens when you bring I-s ashore and put them in leadership.
Sabre can't catch a break. These impending shutdowns remind me of the COVID era.
@js Perfect way to get the company up and running, again.
@s7 Will still not matter. Software will still be sold to and consumed by airlines in the U.S. No one in India will care about who eventually ends up paying - the airlines or end users.
Maybe Travelport is aquiring? :p
The end is near and is here.
@js and hopefully Trump will tariff the sh-t out of them…
@kn Disagree. At this stock price, you are either buying because it is so cheap or selling because Sabre is going down. Atleast one of these would have happened, especially because Kurt Ekert bought 100000 shares at $5.35 on the open market in 2023 (lmao). No insider transactions from anyone tells you everything IMO. They are currently negotiating
good day

not too many insider moves in general for Sabre - I don't think anything fishy is coming up TBH
@js It depends on the buyer. I would not be so sure
@j7 everyone will be transferred to India.
So what? Will there be any good change for us employees?
Why it is likely done:
1) Insiders have not made any transactions except automatic buy sells. Meaning they have material information that they cannot trade the stock on.
2) Pushed 60% debt to 2029.
3) Cash EOY will be 750mill. Debt will be 4.3bil. Net debt EOY is 3.6bill
4) They make 550 mill EBITDA yearly. Very attractive if the new buyer can pay down debt. The going rate for a company is 10x EBITDA.
This is good news, the faster going private happens the better for a full move to BLR to put the new Sabre or whatever its going to be called, on the right footing...
Good. Go back private. Reshore.
