Been with Humana for almost 2 years and no raise. Is this normal?

Aren’t pay increased based on performance? I mean that’s the way it was when I was there last year. Sounds like you need to have a talk with your manager or HR!

As a Manager at Humana, my dept ALWAYS got a budget for raises. Even the years we had multiple layoffs (which was every year between 2013-2018). You’re not getting a raise because your Management doesn’t want to give you a raise.

I agree with the poster that said there’s no cost of living raises. It’s been that way forever especially for those in the 7-100% of pay band regardless of performance. Trust me HR will tell you this.

Salaried employees with P2 pay and above get their award statements in March with a typical 2-3% raise. It’s been happening for at least a decade as far as I can remember.

And of course, AIP isn’t guaranteed, it’s a bonus based on company performance and metrics lol. One year of bad bonuses has got some people fired up I guess. If I can remind you, AIp was like 125% from 2019 to 2023.

WOW!! If that last comment didn't come from one of the mean girls from upper management it sure sounded like it. As far as checking any policy for compensation they tend to get changed quietly to pad upper management's pockets and sc--w the ones that do all the work. Don't get pulled into their mean girl culture. Leave while you can.

There are NO COST IF LIVING RAISES. Never have been. No guarantee of AIP either. Go look at compensation policies!

I’m not sure why the people say it’s not normal. All salaried employees on the P2 scale and above get price of living raises yearly. 2-3% of salary typically.

Also to the post “but their AIP will be 85%”, if OP doesn’t qualify for raises on the scale I doubt they are getting AIP.
