Hi Team - How is the situation in consumer technology? Smart to switch?
I'm in Wealth Management now and about to be let go if I don't take action.

If you work for WF go to your local g-n store. Buy a revolver...one round. Chamber it. Click...fu-k...click...fu-k...click...
Head of Consumer Technology is inept and really bad. If you can live with the daily head ba----g due to her lies and incompetence then by all means try it out till she offshores your job.
Tech is a cluster f@@k everywhere. It’s luck of the draw on manager though.
If you’re at risk due to performance then you’re SOL. If it’s layoff different story.
You watch. They’re going to have to hire next year bc there’s no way everything that leadership wants is going to happen with the brain drain and reduced staff.
Consumer tech is being sent to India. They are way ahead of us in digital banking. Stateside we are about 7 years behind on our Cloud conversion and APIs. Most of the good guys have left or retired. If you are a manager you still might find a disparate team to be able to flog.
@itv+1vsHTqOE has poor manager. Current team is fine but politics you know. But I hear consumer technology has opportunities but I feel it is a bit dull.

If you feel you're going to be let go in WIM, why wouldn't you have that same risk in CSBB?
