Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

And the Survey Says

Nothing about the results from my leadership other than the satisfaction ratings are down because the RTO mandate was communicated right before the survey. And yet they delayed the survey until the RTO policy was communicated.
I have asked my HR representative when we will hear about the survey results and the response has been that your management will share them with you. Crickets.

Our manager communicated the abysmal results and it was all about RTO and trust ie Sapience

When did Frank address this exactly? When he was fiddling with his cell phone? Or maybe when he was mumbling incoherently? Guy sounds like he always has a mouthful of marbles.

I do agree though that the corporate messaging is "we don't owe you an explanation nor will we give you one". That good ol' FU management style lol.

Frank already addressed this. Go watch the replay. There is nothing hr or management need to address with RTO.

Manager here. We do have the results, but because we can’t do anything about the negative feedback (as it’s all directed way above us) we are quietly ignoring the results for now.

Sometime soon we’ll be told (at very short notice) we need to enter some goals to target the negative feedback. As that will be a departmental goal (we’re not allowed to escalate anything) that will be mostly BS, that won’t change a thing.

thank you for trying and for sharing.

being able to see things as they really are as opposed to how they’re depicted makes it a lot easier to determine the best course of action.

The sooner you realize banking is done and it’s not just rto the better off you’ll be. Find another job. Pretty easy solution.

Never forget that HR stands for Human Remains. They’re not there for the employees, they’re there to protect the main mid-et and his lieutenants.

Because of RTO? LMAO, going to have to look a little deeper at those numbers, pretty sure a it's a pile of other things, and RTO too, maybe.
