Honeywell hasn’t innovated since the “project apple” restructure back in 2006.
They siloed everyone and the systematically destroyed the 7 to 15 yr experienced engineers who are most productive with useful patents.
They fixed this by giving funded and organized efforts to innovate in India (5M per year) and while starving all other regions. No indirect labor at all. Message was clear to everyone watching. No future in this company for innovators.

HON may be short staffed but can innovate due to 'diversity' and dedication to 'social justice'
