Paycheck addiction. Close to retirement, hoping they lay me off with severance within 12 months prior to age 65.

Good pay
It’s called a paycheck and tough job market. As soon as the job market improves most will be gone.
Fiserv decided that they wanted to pay for my six month vacation. The double benefit is that I get to work at a new employer at the end of my vacation.

The pay is acceptable for my tenure and experience, but as soon as the market swings I'm going to bounce because the stress is far worse than the pay can account for.
Money is exchanged for goods and services.
Good pay + bad market.
The devil I know is better then the one I don't. Pay is acceptable, incentive plan is good, love my manager and team. I'm work from road but the allure of that may be ending since we are also getting Sapience.
