The main gripe here? Zero innovation! And those recent layoffs? They axed the real innovators at NSRL while keeping the endless layers of management. We've got managers reporting to managers who report to a Director, who reports to a Senior Director, and guess what? Another Senior Director! Because apparently, more layers equal more innovation—yeah, right! In Apparel, we've got two managers for every single individual contributor, like that's supposed to help? Over in Footwear, senior researchers are too scared to have an opinion, let alone share one. The cherry on top? We're always dealing with broken equipment and a bunch of clowns running around pretending to fix things. Innovation? Hardly. This circus has more ringmasters than performers!

As someone once put it, MN got bitten by a poisonous snake... After several excruciating days, guess what? The snake died.
MN is the rotting head of the fish that is the NSRL…toxic doesn’t quite cover it.
Apparel Innovation is a solid joke from the top down-zero science, zero crossover of real functionality to the consumer.
Footwear innovation is about color palette- what a joke.
Adi just posted a role for you NSRL folk as well…

Everything from organization to equipment is working as intended just like our high speed video cameras. 😂
That part of ~broken equipment.. had me rolling!🤣🤣🤣🤣
The NSRL dynamic is so beyond toxic they should honestly wipe the entire slate clean and start over
